LEAD TO PEACEFUL SOLVING OF THE CONFLICTS -AROUND THE ROUND TABLE.
- TO CONFIRM THE BASIC HUMAN RIGHTS, SUCH AS BREAD, HOME, EDUCATION,
HEALTH AND GETTING OLD WITH DIGNITY, FOR ALL THE PEOPLE IN THE
WORLD, NO MATTER IF THEY LIVE IN POOR OR RICH COUNTRY.

ADD ONE SIMPLE PRODUCT TO ITS PRESENT PRODUCTION, WITH EXISTING
WORLD MARKET. THE REVENUE OF THIS PRODUCT WILL BE USED ONLY FOR
POVERTY ERADICATION IN EVERY COUNTRY AROUND THE WORLD, AND IT
WILL BE DONE UNDER STRICT INTERNATIONAL CONTROL.
- TO OBLIGE EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD TO OBSERVE THE NEW SOCIO-ECONOMIC
STATUS IT WILL GET, AND TO CONSIDER THE JOINT INTERESTS FOR STABLE
PEACE AND DEMOCRACY ALL OVER THE WORLD.
- TO COLLABORATE WITH THE BIG INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, WHICH
MEMBERS WILL BE THE MOST OF THE COUNTRIES, AND TO USE THEIR EXPERIENCE
AND RESOURCES TO DEVELOP THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC PROGRESS IN THE COUNTRIES.
TO UNITE EFFORTS FOR REACHING THIS HIGHLY HUMANITARIAN PURPOSE.

CHARTER
Part I
Purposes and Principles
Article 1
The purposes of the WORLD 'S COMMON MICRO-MARKET are:
1. To strengthen the international collaboration, by creating
real socio-economical interests between all countries around
the world, no matter of the race, religion or locality.Oi strengthen
the democracy, peace and safety, thanks to the joint interests,
created by foundation of the World's Common Micro-Market. To
put the end of the misery and hunger. To eradicate the corruption
and to strengthen the international lawfulness and solidarity.
2. To give exclusive right to every country to add one simple
product to its present production, with huge already developed
world marker. This will provide every country with yearly revenue
of billions of dollars and this will eliminate the need of foreign
financial aid.
3. To build good relationships between the countries, on the
basis of joint socio-economic interest - not on the basis of
financial aid and alms.
4. To strengthen the respect to every person, no matter what
his origin, race or religion is.
5. To give the outcasts of fortune what was taken away from
them since the day of their birth.
6. The United Nations Chart to be more respected. This chart
also appeals to solve the socio-economic differences between
the nations, using human and just basis..7. To open new global
Center for economical collaboration. It would serve for right
founding and starting of The World's Common Micro-Market. To
build new socio-economic basis under strict international control,
by neutralizing the need of financial aid. On this basis countries
would be able to complete the new development plans.
8. Every human’s future to be provided.
Article 2
The World's Common Micro-Market and its members will work in
accordance to the following main principles, on purpose to reach
the purposes, determined in Article 1 of the present Charter.
1. The World's Common Micro-Market will be founded in accordance
to the sacred principles of the democracy, equality and sovereignty
of every member country.
2. Every member of The World's Common Micro-market will declare
in written form that will respect this Charter and will execute
it strictly, under strong international control, to eradicate
the poverty in every country around the world.
3. Before officially joins The World's Common Micro-Market,
every member country is obliged to solve all personal conflicts
with other countries. This way every country will contribute
to the World’s Peace, Democracy, Socio-Economic justice and the
New Humanism, which will characterize the XXI century.
4. Every member country of The World's Common Micro-Market will
be obliged (in written form) not to use force in conflicts solving
and it will respect the sovereignty and independence on the market
of every other member country, in accordance of the Charter,
the principles and purposes of The World's Common Micro-Market.
5. Every member will actively cooperate in strengthening and
collaboration between the member countries of the Market. If
any differences appear, they will be considered in the Micro-Market's
International Court for Justice, which will work in accordance
to this Charter.
6. The World's Common Micro-Market will work for Market’s widening
all over the world and for attraction of all countries to join-in
democratic way and by national referendums in every county.
7. Totalitarian and non democratic countries will not be allowed
to join the Market, until they adopt (and execute) the idea of
Peace, Freedom, Democracy and Independence.
8. The World's Common Micro-Market with its strict socio-economic
character will be executed after agreement between all the countries
in the world, and they will be obliged to respect striktly its
Articles.

Part 2
Membership
Article 3
The members of The World's Common Micro-Market will be all countries,
which sign this Charter, after its approval by the founder countries,
on the Constituent Assembly foreseen for the 27-30 October 2005
in Sofia, Bulgaria, and in Tirana, Albania. After the signing
the Charter should be ratified by their Governments, Parliaments
and with national referendum, in accordance to Article number
6.
1. If other countries accept all the paragraphs in this Charter,
they will be able to join The World's Common Micro-Market in
future.
. The acceptance of the Articles will be accomplished on a General
Meeting of The World's Common Micro-Market, proposed by the Main
Socio-Economic Council of the Market.
Article 4
If a member of The World's
Common Micro-Market violates any Article of this Charter, will
be possibly excluded of the
Market, and in accordance to recommendation made by the Main
Socio-economic Council of the Market. Its rights will be restored,
only if the member executes all the recommendations made by
the Main Socio-economic Council of the Market. In both cases
it can
only happen with ratification by the International Supreme
Court for Justice.
Article 5
The expel from The World's
Common Micro-Market becomes valid, only after the report of
one international control committee
and after ratification the decision by the Micro-Market's International
Court for Justice.

Part 3
Authorities
Article 6
1. The World's Common
Micro-Market will consist of the following authorities: General
Meeting,, GeneralSocio-Economic Council, Social Control International
Committee, Support Council of Products, Prices and
Quality and International District (Continental) Court in
every continent and Central Bank (World Bank 2).
The members of the Support
Council of Products, Prices and Quality will be world famous
specialist and thanks to their abilities the products of the
Market will be with higher quality. On the other hand the
prices of the
consumption products, produced within the Market’s framework
will be considerably lower in comparison with the present.
2. All these organizations
will be created in accordance to the present Charter.
Article 7
Women and men will have equal rights in determination the structure
of these organizations and the dependent levels.

4 The General AssemblyStructure
Article 8
1. The General assembly consist
of all members of THE WORLD'S COMMON MICRO-MARKET2. Every member
country can have no
more than 3 representatives in the General Meeting Power and functions
Article 9
The General Assembly will discuss all questions and will take
decisions concerning this Charter, as well as questions concerning
every level of THE WORLD'S COMMON MICRO-MARKET.
The General Assembly would be allowed to make suggestions to
the members and to the General Socio-Economic Council.
Article 10
1. The General Assembly
will work to strengthen the cooperation between the member
countries of THE WORLD'S COMMON MICRO-MARKET. It will make
and consider suggestions to join more countries, on
purpose to give them the exclusive right to produce one simple
product for the whole world, with stable market, in poor people’
favor.
2. The creation of one,
more just socio-economic system in every member country of
THE WORLD'S COMMON MICRO-MARKET will be encouraged and supported.
This new system will not punish the poor people
because they have been born in poor families. This new system
will respect the human dignity and honor, no matter of the
religion, race and the place of living. The system will guarantee
cooperation in market
realization of the produced simple product. The whole revenue
of this product will be invested for creation of one new socio-economic
basis, in every country around the world, much more humane
than the present one.
3. The General Assembly
will authorize the General Socio-Economic Council and the
Central bank (World Bank 2) to watch closely for proper execution
and proper use of the large sum of money, which every country
will get every year, thanks to THE WORLD'S COMMON MICRO-MARKET
, and for use it in poor people’ favor.
4. The General Meeting will turn
the rich in richer people. The General
Meeting will eradicate the poverty and will turn the poor
class into middle
and rich.
The General Assembly will work to turn the poor classes into
middle-better
consumers, thanks to the money every country will get as revenue
of the
simple product added to its global production. All this will
happen thanks
to joining to THE WORLD'S COMMON MICRO-MARKET.
5. The General Assembly will discuss
the right development of THE WORLD'S
COMMON MICRO-MARKET. It will review the measures taken to
guarantee the
world’s Market for every country in the world. It will not
allow breaches.
Social sanctions will be executed if any country violates
this Chart, no
matter if it is a member country or not.
6. The General Assembly will give
authorizations to the General
Socio-Economic Council (GSEC) .
Article 11
1. The General Assembly will authorize the GSEC to represent
every controversy concerning the Market and this Chart, appeared
between the member countries before the World's Common International
Supreme Court for Justice.
2. The General Assembly will entitle the General Secretariat
to watch closely for execution of the decision and the examination
of the received reports.
Article 12The General Assembly of THE WORLD'S COMMON MICRO-MARKET
(TWCMM) will also oblige every member country to respect strictly
the United Nations Chart.
Article 13
The General Assembly will review, determine and approve its
budget every year.
The rich countries will provide the budget of the General Assembly
in the first 50 years of organizing and starting of TWCMM, because
they will also be member countries and will have big financial
use of it.
Voting
Article 14
1. Every member country will
have one vote in the General Assembly. Decisions will be accepted
if 74 percents voted
for the proposal. Procedures
Article 15
The General Assembly will have right to convoke extraordinary
sessions.
A new President will be elected every two years. A President
who had two contiguous mandates will not have right to stand
for third one.
Article 16
The General Assembly has right to appoint any institutions,
in order to strengthen the control over the production of the
articles, revenue and usa, within the framework of THE WORLD'S
COMMON MICRO-MARKET.

PART 5
General Socio-Economic Council
Article 17
1. The General Socio-Economic Council of the Market will consist
of one representative of 16 member countries-8 rich countries
and 8 poor countries. Permanent members of GSEC will be only
6 poor countries and one representative of the rich countries,
chosen by The General Assembly of TWCMM. The rest 9 impermanent
members of GSEC will be chosen by the General Assembly, and they
will have one year mandate.
2. The impermanent members of GSEC will be chosen by the General
Assembly.
Every continent will be represented, proportionally to the number
of population. Every member will have right of 3, one year mandates.
3. Every country member of GSEC will have only one representative.
Power and functions GSEC
1. The General Assembly will empower GSEC to protect the TWCMM’s
Charter, in order to provide efficient and fast actions in every
situation.
2. GSEC will be allowed to report any time and if there is need
to.GSEC will report to the General Meeting 4 times a year, presenting
its activities in the framework of the Charter of TWCMM.
In order to build and start TWCMM and for the right work of
all institutions and their proper using for poverty eradication
in the world GSEC will have right to take independent decisions

PART 6
INTERNATIONAL SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC COLLABORATION
Article 18
Close collaboration will be settled between all countries in
the world, on purpose to realize The World Common Micro-Market.
After signing this Chart and joining the Market, every country
will have the exclusive right to add one simple product to its
present production, which already has stable world market, in
accordance to pro person and pro dollar principle (depending
on the number of the population).
Article 19
This simple product will
be determined in collaboration with the General Socio-Economic
Council of TWCMM. Article 20
TWCMM will provide every country easy and successful joining
to the Market, supply of the equipment for the product, which
will be added to the present production, and connections with
the consumers all around the world.
Article 21
The International Support Council of Products, Prices and Quality
of the produced simple products in the framework of TWCMM will
provide normal prices for these products. The prices will be
lower than the present, because of the mass production; their
quality will be improved, in cooperation with the producer countries.
Article 22 Member countries will collaborate, in order to strengthen the
democracy and the social laws. New economic basis will be developed
and it will open many new working places and will provide new
revenues.
Article 23 Others special agencies will be created, in order to build right,
democratic and useful Market, consist of all countries in the
world.
Article 24
All organizations, created by the Market, will be financed by
the Rich countries-very little part of the revenues they will
get after joining the Market.
Article 25
The Main Support Council of Products, Prices and Quality will
coordinate all activities between the agencies working for TWCMM,
and according the Charter.
Article 26
Humane purposes were the reason to create the Market, so The
General Council will observe for strict execution of those purposes.

PART 7 Support Council of Products, Prices and Quality
Article 27
The Support Council of Products, Prices and Quality will receive
directions for its activities from the General Socio-Economic
Council.Its tasks will be the following:
1. To examine the production opportunities, for the definite
simple products, in every member country of The Market. This
products must be wide-consumed and to have existing world market.
2. To provide real and professional help to every member country
for the realization of the production and the marketing.
Articlew 28
1. The Support Council of
Products, Prices and Quality will have right to appoint special
highly-professional institutions,
which will support the quality and low prices of the chosen
products. 2. Every product chosen in the framework of the Market will
be named “poverty eradication product” and will have such label.3.
The products will be chosen in a way to give every country revenue
in the principle pro capita and pro dollar.
4. The products will be announced for inviolable products and
even in a state of war they will not be war purposes.
5. Every country which allows contraband production of other
“poverty eradication product” will get strict sanctions, and
it may be even expelled from the Market. The same rule is valid
for countries buying contraband products.
6. Ohe Support Council of Products, Prices and Quality will
be responsible for its activities and will make regular reports
in front of the General Socio-Economic Council, in connection
with the chosen products for each country.

PART 8 Court for Justice.
Article 29
The Worlds's Common micro-Market's International Court for Justice
will be the main legal instance for settling arguments and conflicts
between the countries members of the Market.
Article 30
All countries members of the Market will become ipso-facto part
of the statuses of the Court for Justice.
Article 31Every country member of the Market is obliged to accept
the judgment and to respect the authority of the Worlds's Common
micro-Market's International Court for Justice
Article 32Every country member of TWCMM will have right to discuss
with the General Socio-Economic Council the judgment given by
the Court.
Article 33The General Assembly , theGeneral Council and other
TWCMM’s organizations will be allowed to turn to the Worlds's
Common micro-Market's International Court for Justice.

Part 9
The Secretariat
Article 34
The Secretariat shall comprise
a Secretary-General and such staff as the TWCMM may require.
The Secretary-General
shall be appointed by the
General Assembly upon the recommendation of the GSEC.
He shall be the chief administrative officer of the
GSEC.
Article 35
The Secretary-General shall
act in that capacity in all meetings of the General Assembly,
of the GSEC,
of the
Economic and Social Council, , and
shall perform such other functions as are entrusted
to him by these organs. The Secretary-General shall
make an annual report to the General
Assembly on the work of the Market
Article
36 The Secretary-General
may bring to the attention of the GSEC any matter which
in his opinion may
threaten the maintenance of the Market security
and stability.
Article 37 1. In the performance of
their duties the Secretary-General and the staff shall not
seek or receive instructions
from any government or
from any
other
authority external to the Market. They shall refrain from any
action which might reflect on their position as international
officials
responsible only to
the Market.
2. Each Member of the Market.
undertakes to respect the exclusively international character
of the responsibilities of the Secretary-General
and the
staff and not to seek to influence them in the discharge of
their responsibilities.
Article 38
1. The staff shall be appointed
by the Secretary-General under regulations established by the
General Assembly.
2. Appropriate staffs shall be permanently assigned
to the Assambly, GSEC and others Councils , as required,
to other
organs of the
Market.
These staffs shall form a part of the Secretariat. 3. The paramount consideration
in the employment of the staff and in the determination of
the conditions of service shall
be the
necessity of
securing the highest standards of efficiency, competence,
and integrity. Due regard shall be paid to the importance
of recruiting
the staff
on as wide
a geographical basis as possible.

Miscellaneous provisions
Article 39
1. Every treaty and every
international agreement entered into by any Member of the World's
Common Micro
Market, after the
present Charter
comes into force shall as soon as possible be
registered with the General Secretariat and published
by it.
2. No party to any such treaty
or international agreement which has not been registered in
accordance with the provisions of paragraph I of this Article
may invoke that treaty or agreement before any organ of the
World's Common Micro Market.
Article 40
In the event of a conflict
between the obligations of the Members of the World's Common
Micro-Market
under the present
Charter
and their
obligations under any other international
agreement, their obligations under the
present Charter
shall prevail.
Article
41
The World's Common
Micro Market shall enjoy in the territory of each of
its Members
such legal
capacity
as may be necessary
for
the exercise
of
its functions and the fulfillment of its
purposes.
Article
42
1. The World's Common
Micro-Market shall enjoy in the territory of each of
its
Members such
privileges and
immunities as
are necessary for the
fulfillment of its purposes. 2. Representatives of the
Members of The World's Common Micro- Market and
officials
of the Market
shall similarly
enjoy
such privileges and
immunities as are necessary for the
independent exercise of their functions
in connection
with the Market
3. The General Assembly
of The World's Common Micro-Market may make recommendations
with
a view to determining
the details of
the
application of paragraphs 1 and 2
of this Article or may propose conventions
to the
Members of
the World's
Common
Micro-Market
for this
purpose.
